East Suite

The East Suite has a great view of the morning light and is a sunny space throughout the day, perfect for focused work, having deep thoughts, or meeting with your co-workers or clients.

It includes approximately 180 sf of private office space and use of approximately 650 sf of collaborative space with seating, meeting, and thinking areas. Suites include new kitchen and restrooms.

Suites also have first-come access to the conference space, nearly 400 sf, perfect for meetings and client presentations.

All suites are plug-and-play and include desks, chairs, file cabinets, and bookshelves ready for you to customize into your personal space. Crabapple Suites also includes high-speed internet access and a weekly cleaning service for common areas and offices.

Rates for the East Suite are:

• $725 per month for month-to-month lease.
• $675 per month for a six-month lease.
• $625 per month for a one-year lease.
• Longer terms available upon request.
